Not all people like having animals in their neighborhood, but what they don’t know is that it is actually beneficial not only for the pet owners but for the community itself.

Apartment/Neighborhood communities that allow pets have more chances of getting to know their neighbors and having to exercise their socializing skills. In this day and age people are glued to their cellphones, tabs, iPads, laptops and other gadgets which slowly drain their brain. Having pets in the community can be a breather to all those technologies.

Another thing is that communities that allow pets can be safer than those that don’t because your dogs, cats, and other pets can warn you if needed. Animals can now be trained to watch over you, guide you and even protect you in times of emergencies. And there are even instances that you can trust your pets more than you can trust humans.

You may bring up to 3 pets with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of

$250 each.

Breed Exceptions

Our pet-friendly homes welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thive in a community environment, we cannot accomodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
